Deze geurkaars viert het prinsdom Monaco en is voorzien van een met de hand aangebrachte zeefdruk waarin Belle Époque-architectuur en gedurfd hedendaags design elkaar ontmoeten. De historische silhouetten glinsteren in de ondergaande zon, terwijl de slingerende weg doet denken aan de legendarische Grand Prix in rood en wit. Elke kaars, die is gemaakt in samenwerking met AMADE, mede opgericht door prinses Grace, steunt de distributie van lampen op zonne-energie aan kinderen zonder toegang tot energie en brengt licht en hoop waar dat het hardst nodig is.
The screen-printed decor for the Côte d’Azur candle was inspired by some of the elements in Thierry Larcher’s design, such as the Negresco and the legendary Promenade des Anglais. We wanted to go a step further by incorporating architectural elements from the town of Menton and the town of Saint-Tropez. In the hinterland, you can imagine forests of umbrella pines and dream of visiting the Maeght Foundation in the heights of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
usage:
Always burn your candle until the whole surface becomes liquid. This step may take a long time, especially during the first burning. When the entire top of the wax is liquid, do not burn it longer than one hour. The top layer of liquid wax should never exceed one centimeter in height. Never burn your candle more than the maximum burning time indicated in the candle’s instructions. Never burn it down totally and systematically leave one centimeter at the bottom.
